Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
We offer full refunds for online sales within the UAE and exchange for store credit on international orders and cash purchases. Please remember that we can only accept refund or exchange requests for items that are returned to us in the same condition you received them. Carefully read our return policy and follow the terms and conditions to make sure your order is eligible.
Are returns complimentary?
We offer hassle-free returns within in UAE on the house! To initiate a return please click here. If you are returning your items from outside of the UAE, this will be at your expense, however the team at NOMAD HQ will happily assist you with the process! Get in touch with us at hello@fromnomad.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship internationally with DHL Express who deliver to a huge network of international locations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Tabby payments. We also accept cash on delivery in the UAE if you select the cash on delivery option at checkout.
What is Tabby?

When will my order arrive?
We offer same day delivery on orders within Dubai if you order before 12pm, and next day delivery any time after that. Next day delivery is available to all other Emirates within the UAE. Our international delivery times vary according to destination and customs clearance processing in your area. Approximate time frames are available for you to view on our delivery page.
Can I exchange my item for a different size/colour/item?
We are glad to assist you with an exchange, the fastest way to do this is to arrange an exchange for store credit which will be issued to you immediately after we receive and process your returned item. You will then be able to apply this to your new order, subject to availability.
How will I know if my return/exchange request is accepted?
We will get in touch with you via your registered email address after we receive and process your return.
When will I receive my refund/exchange store credit?
Exchange store credits are applied immediately after we receive and process your return. This will be communicated with you via your registered email address. Online sale refunds will reflect in your account after approximately 5 – 7 business days, depending on your bank and their usual processing time.
Can I amend/add to/cancel my order after placing it?
We cannot amend, add to or cancel orders after they have been confirmed. We will happily support you in a hassle-free refund or exchange once you receive the item.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
We are unable to change your delivery address after you have confirmed your order. In the case that a package is undeliverable it will be returned to NOMAD HQ and we will notify you when it gets here. Do sale items qualify for a refund/exchange?
All sale items are final, and we do not offer refund for these items. We offer store credit for these items, however 35 dhs will be deducted for courier fees.
